Loads of Leeds fans have been giving their verdict on the defensive injury crisis, and a whopping 88 per cent of polled fans want to sign Everton outcast Mason Holgate.
According to The Mirror, Holgate will leave Everton in January in search of first team football.
The report claims that there is “significant interest” from both the Premier League and Championship, and one would have to assume Leeds are part of the chasing pack given their injury issues.
Former Wigan & Fulham man, Jimmy Bullard recently showed that he’s still got it! Check out the video below...
The Whites are currently without Luke Ayling, Gateano Berardi and Liam Cooper, and Holgate’s versatility means he could provide cover at both centre back and right back.
The 22 year-old has played just five Premier League games this season, the last of those coming in a defeat to West Ham back in September.
He is extremely good on the ball, quick and feisty, and could form a dominant centre back pairing with the colossal Pontus Jansson.
