In this early stage of the season not many matches can be deemed too crucial with regards to league positioning, but there is a huge sense of importance surrounding Friday evening’s Championship encounter between Leeds United and Middlesbrough.
It is a top-of-the-table clash at Elland Road as Leeds currently lead the way, with Tony Pulis’s side second.
Both clubs have exactly the same points having recorded four wins and one draw, but the Whites have a better goal difference of 10 compared to Boro’s seven.
Pulis’s side have won their last four league matches on the trot, and during that spell they have not conceded a single goal.
Taking on Leeds will be a different animal as Marcelo Bielsa’s side are in strong form as well.
On Twitter, Boro fans have been making their predictions for the clash at Elland Road.
Unsurprisingly, many supporters feel confident of snatching all three points, while others are not as certain.
Settle for a point now.

I am a glass half full man but would really be happy with a draw.

As a fan, I’d obviously love a win but realistically, I think a draw is likely and I wouldn’t be too dissapointed with that

Regardless of what happens tonight, Leeds won’t make play offs, I’m going Boro 2-0 #UTB
