Middlesbrough were held to a goalless draw by Rotherham United in the Championship on Tuesday night.
It was a disappointing result for Boro, but Tony Pulis’ team are still going along very nicely in the second tier this season as they look to secure a return to the Premier League.
Rudy Gestede has recently returned from injury to boost the Boro squad, but the centre-forward is still looking for his first goal of the campaign.
The 30-year-old – valued at £4.5m by Transfermarkt – played the final 18 minutes of the clash with Rotherham, replacing Britt Assombalonga at the Riverside Stadium.

Gestede has divided opinion with the Boro fans since making the move to the Riverside, and that still seems to be the case.
Indeed, there were mixed responses to the striker’s tweet following the goalless draw with Rotherham on Tuesday night.
