Nottingham Forest remain interested in Porto goalkeeper Jose Sa as a permanent deal for Costel Pantilimon is no closer to being agreed, according to The Nottingham Post.
For some time, it has been apparent that the Championship club have been trying to land Pantilimon on a permanent deal.
The 31-year-old joined the Reds from Watford on loan for the second half of last season.

According to The Nottingham Post, Watford are keen to strike a deal, but the delay is related to wages.
The publication adds that Jose Sa is still an option on the table, and Forest have an advantage due to the fact that he is represented by super agent Jorge Mendes.
The Portuguese agent has been involved in a number of the club’s transfers in this window.
Pantilimon has a slight advantage due to the fact that he has already played for Forest, therefore he would not need time to settle in.
Sa has never before played on UK shores, and the intensity of the Championship may take some getting used to.
However, the Primeira Liga title winner would likely jump at the chance for regular game time considering how he lost his place to Iker Casillas last season.
If Sa was to come through the welcome gates at the City Ground, he would be the fourth Portuguese player to join this summer following the acquisitions of Joao Carvalho, Diogo Goncalves and Gil Dias.
