Nottingham Forest celebrated 120 years at the City Ground on Saturday before their evening fixture against Birmingham on Saturday, and the tifo style display before kick-off may have been the best part of the match for fans of the Reds.
Forest came back from 2-0 down in the last 15 minutes to level the scores through goals from Joe Lolley and Daryl Murphy, but despite the comeback it was a poor and defensive performance from Aitor Karanka’s side.
The result means that Forest are still unbeaten in their five Championship games so far this season, although they have only won one of these (at home to Reading) and currently sit 13th in the Championship.
On Saturday though, fan group Forza Garibaldi organised for the display that celebrated 120 years in the City Ground to be held by fans before the game and those on Twitter certainly showed their appreciation afterwards. Check out some of the best tweets and reaction below.
