QPR started off the season in fine form with the likes of Eberechi Eze and Nahki Wells proving to be amongst the best attackers in the division. To date, the pair have a combined 17 goals this term. However, recent weeks has marked a return to the disappointment of last season.

Mark Warburton is very much implementing a new project in West London, operating with a passing style that had got the best out of some players, but at the detriment of the defence.

The R's have conceded the second-most goals of any side in the division and there is little sign of improvement in that area, with the team winning just two out of their last 12 games as a result.

A defeat by Hull on Sunday has led fan frustration with the QPR boss to grow, and as the team slips further towards the relegation zone it is likely that supporter concern will only increase.

Concern with the R's boss is understandable but patience and support is needed now more than ever, and the fans should consider the circumstances under which he is working.

He has improved the likes of Eze and the team is performing better than last term despite losing players like Luke Freeman and Jake Bidwell, and therefore the former Rangers manager is doing well, especially considering he is working with a low budget.

Whose Line Is It Anyway: Roy Keane, Graeme Souness or Adrian Durham?

Nevertheless, some are keen for a change, and ex-boss Neil Warnock is the name on many fans' lips after he was sacked by Cardiff earlier this year.

He had hinted that he would retire at the end of the season but he could fancy a return to QPR having created special memories at the club by taking them to the Premier League in his spell there.

Another player Warburton has improved is Ryan Manning, and the left-back is a target of Wolves as a result, and our Football FanCast writers shared whether the left-back could make the step-up to the Premier League.
