Sheffield Wednesday fans have not had the easiest few weeks following a run of just two wins in eight Championship games.
The most recent victory, though, came on Tuesday night when the team beat Millwall 2-1 at Hillsborough.
Adam Reach opened the scoring in the third minute, but they were pegged back by Tom Elliott 10 minutes later.
Before the end of the first half, Jordan Rhodes scored what turned out to be the winner for the Owls.
While October may not have been the best month in terms of results, one player has impressed.
On Friday, the club announced that Reach has been voted October’s Player of the Month by the fans.
The 24-year-old left-sided player picked up 42% of the vote, beating Barry Bannan and Gary Hooper.
Reach has made 17 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice and creating three assists.

The doom and gloom was put to one side as the fans congratulated the player.
