It’s safe to say, Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka is a Twitter novice.
Indeed, the Spaniard only activated his official account yesterday and so far he’s made just four Tweets, albeit gathering an impressive 14.4k followers in the process. I’m still stuck on 340.

So perhaps not realising his activities can now be seen by anybody in the world with a mobile phone and an internet connection, the Boro boss may have just committed his first Twitter gaffe.

At first glance, all may seem well – except for the fact this ‘action shot’ is clearly staged with Boro’s entire management staff pretending to look very busy.
But at the back of the picture is a tactics board, which begs the question – has Karanka inadvertently leaked which formation he’ll use against Stoke City this Saturday?
In traditional English fashion, it’s 4-4-effing-2.
Boro play hosts to the Potters at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday, marking their first Premier League fixture since 2009.
