Spurs & Liverpool set to lose £100,000-per-week transfer battle to Prem rivals
Stoke City are closing in on a stunning deal for Liverpool and Spurs target Yevhen Konoplyanka, according to reports from the Stoke Sentinel.
The Ukrainian winger is set to be a free-agent in a matter of weeks, with his contract at home nation side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk due to expire.
Spurs and Liverpool have both been linked with swoops for the available 25-year-old, but it’s Stoke who now, according to reports, are set to land his signature.

It’s claimed that the impressive wide-man has been in discussions with the Potters for some time, with Mark Hughes’ side keen to lure him to the Britannia Stadium.
An agreement is thought to have been reached for the player, who is demanding a salary in the region of £100,000-per-week.
Although such wages are far above the pay packets other Stoke players pocket, the lack of fee needed for his services could offset the outlay.
