Michu will miss Swansea’s trip to Wigan this evening after he suffered a hamstring injury against Manchester City.
The Spanish ace, who is Swansea’s leading goalscorer with 21 strikes this season, had to be replaced 20 minutes from time against City and will now miss the remainder of the season.
Fellow striker Luke Moore came on to replace him against City and will now be hoping to keep his place in the starting line-up for the trip to the DW Stadium.
Ki Sung-yueng may come back into contention after a dead leg kept him out of the game against City, but Roland Lamah remains absent as he struggles with a hamstring problem.
Neil Taylor was kept on the bench on Saturday but could play some part as Michael Laudrup looks to give him game time after recovering from serious injury.
