The majority of Swansea fans that responded to our poll want boss Graham Potter to make a swift move for former Poland international and current free-agent Eugen Polanski in order to solve their recent injury crisis.

The Swans are suffering from a real lack of senior centre-midfielders at the moment, and at one point last week Matt Grimes was the only option available to Potter.

The Championship side will have been boosted by the news that Jay Fulton and Tom Carroll have been passed fit for the weekend's trip to Middlesbrough, but the Swans would do well to add an extra body as club captain Leroy Fer is still out.

Defensive-midfielder Polanski is currently available on a free transfer after leaving the German Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in the summer following a five-year stint at the club.

The 32-year-old also has 19 caps for his country and Swansea fans clearly feel he could do a job for their side, with 84 per cent of those who answered our poll backing any potential move. Check out the full results below.
