Swansea City have wrapped up the £8m signing of Italian striker Alberto Paloschi, report the Guardian.
The 26-year old has agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal at the Liberty Stadium, though is still to receive international clearance.
‘I’m very happy to be here’, revealed Paloschi.
‘I worked with Francesco for two seasons at Parma and we got promoted.’
Francesco Guidolin, who has recently appointed at the helm in South Wales, has worked with the former Italy under-21 international during their time together at Parma.

He started his playing career with AC Milan, having made his debut under Carlo Ancelotti in 2008 at the San Siro.
After moving around to Parma, Genoa and most recently Chievo, where he notched 42 goals across 145 appearances.
Last season, he scored eight goals in 21 Serie A games.
Now, he has taken the Number 9 shirt at the Welsh club as they bit to beat the drop, currently sitting four points above the relegation zone.
