Tottenham Hotspur are in magnificent form. They're on a six-game winning streak in all competitions and have won their last five Premier League encounters since defeat away to Manchester United.

Pochettino's men have managed to move from 5th to third over the last few weeks and are now seven points behind Chelsea at the top of the table.

However, this weekend they face a tricky test in West Brom. who visit the Lane desperate to pick up their third league victory in a row, after an impressive win away to Southampton and comfortable home triumph over Hull City. Pulis' side are having a fantastic season and have an outside chance of achieving a European spot.

The Baggies have already run the rest of the top 6 close this season and won't fear going to Spurs one bit. Can they pull off a massive upset and burst the Spurs bubble? Here are THREE reasons why they might do just that...

West Brom do in fact have a fantastic record away to Tottenham. Spurs have failed to beat the Baggies in the last four matches between the sides in North London.

Last season, Pulis' picked up a famous draw at a time when Spurs needed victory to close the gap on eventual league champions Leicester. It was a heavy body blow to Tottenham's title aspirations and they couldn't recover from it.

They can travel to London on Saturday with absolutely no fear and have every chance of making it five seasons in a row that they've proven to be unbeatable at the Lane.

Build the wall

Tony Pulis is of course famous for his defensive set-up and that's proven to be formidable this season against England's elite clubs. The Baggies have played 3 of the top 6 away from home already this season and have lost by a single goal on each occasion.

Against Chelsea and Arsenal it took until the 76th and 86th minute for the sides to eventually break West Brom's dogged defence down.

Spurs could struggle against such a packed defence. They'll need to be incredibly clinical if they're going to break down the Pulis wall and pick up all three vital points.

Gareth McAuley has been a very consistent performer for West Brom this season and he's the stopper that the likes of Hary Kane and Dele Alli will need to get past to find themselves a chance on goal.

Fantastic Phillips

If West Brom can keep things tight at the back, they have a man who can punish the Tottenham defence at the other end; Matt Phillips.

There are few others in the Premier League right now who are in as good form as the Scotland international. He's scored four goals and provided six assists in his last ten games alone.

His performances away to Leicester and Southampton were particularly impressive, picking up an assist and a goal in each on his way to two man of the match awards.

The left winger has the ability to be a match-winner at White Hart Lane and Spurs cannot take him for granted - or risk having another sorry time at home to the Baggies.
