West Bromwich Albion recently confirmed the signing of Romaine Sawyers from Brentford.
Sawyers came through the youth system at the Hawthorns but left on a permanent deal in 2013 without making a first-team appearance for the club.
The 27-year-old has now secured a return to the Baggies, though, having enjoyed a strong 2018-19 campaign for Brentford.
On Wednesday afternoon, West Brom’s official Twitter account posted a video of the midfielder discussing his return to the club.
And Sawyers said that he cannot wait to finally turn out for the Baggies.
As expected, the video brought a strong response from the West Brom fans on social media, with many lavishing praise on the recent arrival.
Sawyers enjoyed three strong campaigns with Brentford before sealing a return to the Hawthorns and his journey could officially start against Nottingham Forest in the Championship this weekend.
