West Brom went six points clear at the top of the Championship table on Wednesday evening after defeating Luton Town 2-1.

The Baggies came from behind to snatch all three points with Kyle Bartley the protagonist of the night. He gave away a penalty to the home side in the 11th minute before going on to head home the winner just after the break.

Matheus Pereira was the man to draw them level shortly after Albion had gone behind.

However, it was former Royals frontman Hal Robson-Kanu that received barrels of praise following the match - even despite not getting on the scoresheet.

Here's what has been said...

One supporter described him as "immense" whilst another claimed that the 30-year-old's hold-up play goes under the radar.

Another quality of his that has been noted by some sections of the Baggies faithful is his work rate.

A further fan said Robson-Kanu gave everything with one more, adding that he looked a "right handful" in attack.

There was even a moment to thank former boss Tony Pulis for extending the striker's contract by a further two years back when he was in charge.

The Welshman has found the net seven times in 25 appearances but hasn't scored in five successive games now, per Transfermarkt.

But Albion have won three straight games and gone six points clear of their nearest title challengers, Leeds United, so if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
