West Bromwich Albion are yet to make a splash in the January transfer window, but that could soon change according to recent reports.

The Baggies are said to hold huge interest in Dinamo Zagreb's prolific forward, Mislav Orsic, with news emerging from his homeland Croatia suggesting that a move to the Hawthorns could be struck before the end of the month.

BirminghamLive have since claimed that the Prva HNL champions value their prolific talisman at around £9m after signing him for just £1.5m last summer.

and Bilic himself has even confirmed his interest in the versatile Croatian.

It has sparked mass reaction from sections of the Albion fanbase with many wanting to see the club stump up the cash to clinch him.

Some supporters felt that the potential move could be quite the steal as one man suggested that it would be the 'bargain of the century' while another believed the Baggies should just announce promotion already if they can sign the Croatian.

Orsic has been in red hot form this season - in 26 appearances in all competitions, the 27-year-old has bagged 19 goals, including a hattrick in the Champions League against Atalanta, who advanced into the knockout stages, per Transfermarkt.
