The Hawthorns will no doubt be an interesting place to be come August as new Baggies manager Slaven Bilic gets his squad ready for the upcoming campaign. Today’s West Brom transfer roundup includes a new addition to the club’s backroom staff, rival interest in a Premier League defender and Celtic’s pursuit of one of the club’s youngsters.

Dicks joins backroom staff

Non-League side Heybridge Swifts have confirmed that Julian Dicks has left his role there as manager to join Slaven Bilic’s backroom staff at West Brom. Dicks will reportedly take up a coaching position with the Baggies.

Palace want Jenkinson

Crystal Palace have joined West Brom in the race to sign Carl Jenkinson according to the Sun. Palace need a new right-back after the departure of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Jenkinson is on their radar. West Brom have been credited with an interest in the Arsenal defender as well.

Celtic after Harper

According to Football Insider, Scottish champions Celtic are prepared to offer Rekeem Harper a bumper contract this summer in an effort to persuade him to move north of the border. Harper is currently out of contract following the expiration of his deal with the Baggies but has been offered a new deal.
