After suffering relegation from the Premier League, the main priority for West Bromwich Albion has understandably been fighting their way back to the top.

In order to do that, the Baggies need to ensure that they have a positive transfer window, and it seems as though they are on the right track.

According to Sky Sports, the club have lodged a £7m bid for Bristol City forward Bobby Reid, who had an impressive season in the Championship.

During the 2017-18 campaign, the 25-year-old scored 19 league goals and created seven assists, and has seemingly caught the eye of West Brom as a result.

The late bloomer would certainly provide another attacking outlet for Darren Moore, who was handed the permanent manager’s job at the end of last season.

Salomon Rondon is currently the Baggies’ main man up front, but his future remains uncertain, and if he is to leave, Reid could be an adequate replacement.

The Bristol-born attacker is well versed in Championship football, and has the potential to be a key figure in West Brom's quest for promotion.

Fans have been having their say on the rumours via social media.
