West Bromwich Albion fans slate Jake Livermore’s performance vs Nottingham Forest

West Bromwich Albion were held to a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night as they missed the chance to leapfrog Sheffield United into third place.

The Baggies remain well in the hunt for automatic promotion this season but their midweek encounter against Forest certainly highlighted some notable problems which will be giving Darren Moore plenty to think about ahead of the weekend.

One of those issues concerns one of his midfield enforcers, Jake Livermore, who looked off the pace in the heart of midfield before being replaced by Gareth Barry in the 64th minute.

The 29-year-old has been a mainstay in the centre of the pitch this season, offering protection for the back four and captaining the side on a handful of occasions.

But the supporters are far from impressed with what they have seen from the England international of late, and plenty of them made their feelings clear on social media in the aftermath of the midweek draw at the Hawthorns.

Livermore was labelled as a liability and the general consensus was that he is struggling to complete the most basic of footballing tasks right now.

Here’s what the Baggies faithful had to say about Livermore’s performance on Tuesday evening:
