Safe to say, 2017 has not been kind to Liverpool.

The Reds are still waiting for their first Premier League win of the calendar year, suffering disappointing defeats to relegation candidates Swansea and Hull in the process, whilst also drawing with fellow strugglers Sunderland.

Perhaps as a consequence, lifelong Liverpool fan and former Newcastle front-man Micky Quinn told The Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast earlier this week that Jurgen Klopp is planning somewhat of an overhaul for the summer transfer window, which will see the Merseysiders attempt to sign five or six 'high profile' targets.

Yet, we at FootballFanCast weren't quite convinced by such a strategy; one of the Premier League's busiest clubs every summer, it feels as if the Reds have shifted from overhaul to overhaul for as long as any of us can remember, with little to show for all their arrivals and outgoings.

With that in mind, we put the question to Liverpool fans earlier this week - do the Anfield outfit need another summer overhaul?

Well, the results are now in and according to our exclusive poll, a staggering 87% do want wholesale changes to the Liverpool squad this summer. It appears Klopp has - almost - the full backing of the Liverpool fanbase in this instance.
