With the Premier League title almost sewn up – Chelsea need two more wins to mathematically put themselves beyond Tottenham’s reach – the Blues are inevitably already looking ahead to the summer transfer window.
And one man reportedly on their radar already is West Ham’s powerful attacker Michail Antonio, who is shoe-in for the Player of the Year award at the London Stadium. He’s netted nine times in the Premier League this term and featured in a variety of roles, ranging from right-back to centre-forward.
Furthermore, the 27-year-old’s reluctance to sign a new deal could well force an exit from east London this summer according to The Daily Mail, so we asked Chelsea fans last week whether they’d back a summer swoop for Antonio.
And according to the results of our exclusive poll, 59% of Blues supporters reckon their club should move for the former Nottingham Forest man, who Transfermarkt value at £15.3million. He’d certainly be a strong candidate for Chelsea’s right wing-back role, but is he a better option than Victor Moses? Let us know by commenting below…
