Leeds fans have been discussing potential January signings, and nearly two thirds of fans want to make a move for Brentford attacker Ollie Watkins.
Leeds started the season brilliantly, but the lack of squad depth has started to rear its ugly head in recent weeks.
Pablo Hernandez and Kemar Roofe have both been missing since the last international break, and Patrick Bamford is out until January with a knee injury.
Jack Harrison will of course return to Manchester City next summer, and with Hernandez turning 34 before the end of the season the Whites will have to be on the lookout for some new attacking talent in 2019.
Brentford meanwhile have just lost their manager to Aston Villa, and the Bees do have a habit of signing gems only to sell them on for a huge profit within a couple of years.
They could do exactly that with Watkins, and the pacey Englishman could be the perfect fit in Marcelo Bielsa’s free-flowing attack.
The 22 year-old can play any of those three attacking positions behind the striker, and has scored four goals and added two assists so far this season.
64 per cent of Leeds fans are backing a move, and you can view the full poll results down below…
