Michy Batshuayi unexpectedly cemented his place in Premier League history on Friday night, coming off the bench to score the goal that put Chelsea over the finishing line in this season's title race, securing a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.

But the Belgium international's future at Stamford Bridge remains unclear. That was his first Premier League goal since August and Antonio Conte's continued reluctance to field the former Marseille man suggests the Italian may not be too big a fan.

That has recently lead Mirror Football to claim Chelsea will look to offload Batshuayi permanently during the summer, with former suitors West Ham emerging as a potential candidates to take him off their hands.

With that in mind and Slaven Bilic's side certainly in need of a striker more dependable than Andy Carroll, we asked Irons fans earlier this week whether they'd be in favour of a summer transfer swoop for the 23-year-old.

And according to the results of our poll, a whopping 78% of West Ham fans want Bilic to snap up the title-clincher this summer. Can the east Londoners broker a deal? We'll have to wait and see.
