After an underwhelming first 18 months at Parkhead, Stuart Armstrong's Celtic career finally came to life last season, finishing up with a whopping 17 goals from midfield.

That included 15 goals in the top flight as Brendan Rodgers lead Celtic to yet another league title and a strike against Rangers in the Old Firm derby.

Indeed, in the space of just one season the Scotland international has rapidly emerged as one of Celtic's most important players, but how long he continues in that berth remains to be seen.

Armstrong's contract is due to expire at the end of the coming season, meaning clubs outside of Scotland will be able to hold talks over a pre-contract deal in January - including those from the Premier League.

With that in mind we asked Celtic fans last week whether their club should cash-in on the 25-year-old or hold out in the hope he pens fresh terms and according our poll, a whopping 80% of Bhoys supporters would back selling Armstrong this summer.

How much the club would actually get for a player with just a year remaining on his current deal, however, remains to be seen.
