After a disastrous start at home to Burnley, Chelsea got their Premier League campaign firmly back on track last weekend with a convincing 2-1 win over Tottenham.

It was the Lilywhites who dominated proceedings at Wembley but the Blues showed their cutting edge and conviction through an incredibly clinical performance under unaccommodating circumstances - with many of Antonio Conte's regular names injured or suspended.

Indeed, the west Londoners produced an impressive team display but one individual certainly stood out - left wing-back Marcos Alonso, who netted a stunning free-kick in the first half and provided the late winner in the second, his shot slipping under Hugo Lloris.

Accordingly, when we asked Chelsea fans to vote for their Man of the Match from the win at Wembley earlier this week, the 6 foot 2 Spaniard ran away with our poll, clinching a whopping 60% of the vote.

Youngster Andreas Christensen deserves an honourable mention after coming second, however. The Danish international produced a promising debut, as you can see below.
