After three years at Anfield, Dejan Lovren continues to divide opinion. Although there has been some improvement from a disastrous first season at Liverpool, the Serbian international is still yet to rediscover the form that earned him a £20million move from Southampton.
Despite this, Lovren signed a new contract in April and looks set to be a fixture in the starting line-up again during 2017/18, with the Merseyside outfit still yet to bring in a superior centre-back option.
Accordingly, we asked Reds supporters earlier this week to rate the 31-cap international’s time at the club and whether he’s proved to be a transfer hit or a transfer flop.
And our poll proved to be far less close than we expected, a staggering 80% deemim Lovren a costly flop for the Reds.
