With Paul Pogba struggling to meet the expectations of his world-record price-tag and Zlatan Ibrahimovic's future at Old Trafford yet to be confirmed, Manchester United need to sign a superstar during the summer transfer window.

Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann seems the most obvious candidate. He's widely revered as one of the most exciting attacking players in world football and is available through an £85million release clause.

Earlier this week, however, The Independent came up with an alternative scenario, suggesting Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale would be open to returning to the Premier League with Manchester United should the Bernabeu outfit decide to sell him this summer.

With that in mind, we asked United fans earlier this week who they'd rather sign this summer, Griezmann or Bale. And according to our recent poll, the majority of Red Devils fans would prefer to see the Frenchman arrive at Old Trafford this summer, with two thirds voting in his favour.

Fortunately for them, it seems Jose Mourinho agrees with the, with The Independent claiming Griezmann remains his preferred transfer target.
