There's still over three quarters of the domestic season remaining but the end of England's ever-laborious World Cup qualifying campaign inspires us to consider how the Three Lions may line up in Russia next summer.

Many view the current cohort as the most underwhelming England squad for some time, but that also makes it arguably the most competitive with few figures seemingly cementing a place in Gareth Southgate's plans.

In fact, excepting the few top-class stars like Harry Kane and Dele Alli, it seems virtually every place in Southgate's World Cup squad is still up for grabs - meaning even the likes of West Ham's 6 foot 4 striker Andy Carroll, who hasn't featured for the Three Lions since 2012, has a chance of weaving his way back into the side.

So, Aston Villa fans, who do you think should be included in England's squad when next summer comes around? We've constructed a list of 66 candidates to choose from; let us know by giving each one a thumbs up or a thumbs down...
