On Friday night, Chelsea secured the 2016/17 Premier League title with a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns - substitute striker Michy Batshuayi emerging as the unlikely hero with a winning goal from the bench.

But retaining the title has proved a much tougher challenge than winning it in recent seasons - in fact, the last club to successfully defend the Premier League crown was Manchester United in 2009, a staggering eight years ago.

Thus, if Antonio Conte's Blues are to buck the trend, they must be nothing short of ruthless in the transfer market this summer, which could require axing some of the stars who have played key roles in this season's title win to make room for superior alternatives.

There's an obvious danger to breaking up a side that has proved so effective, consistent and balanced throughout the campaign, but if one position stands out it's right wing-back, with Victor Moses performing well there this season but by no means a natural to the role.

So, Blues fans, does Conte need to axe Moses from the starting XI and sign an upgrade this summer? Let us know by voting below...
