Zlatan Ibrahimovic's season-ending injury has only heightened the debate surrounding Manchester United's strike-force.

It was unclear whether the Red Devils would extend the Sweden international's contract anyway but he's by no means the only potential departure from United's forward line this summer, with Wayne Rooney's future seemingly elsewhere and Anthony Martial struggling to pick up the minutes expected of a young attacker with so much obvious talent.

According to Spanish publication Don Balon, Jose Mourinho has already contacted former employers Real Madrid to source one potential replacement in the form of their super-sub striker Alvaro Morata.

Despite playing second fiddle to Karim Benzema for much of the season, the Spain international has notched up 18 goals across all competitions this term - including twelve strikes and two assists in La Liga.

So, Red Devils fans, is Morata the man to fill Ibrahimovic's void? Let us know whether United should swoop for the 24-year-old this summer by voting below...
