West Ham gaffer Slaven Bilic has strongly hinted Reece Oxford will be sent out on loan again next season in search of more game-time.The young defender impressed upon his Premier League debut against Arsenal on the first day of last season, producing a strong performance to keep Mesut Ozil quiet, but has since struggled to make an impact at first level.Accordingly, he was allowed to leave for Reading on loan in January this year, but went on to make just five Championship appearances for Jaap Stam's side - only two being starts. And discussing Oxford's situation today, manager Slaven Bilic has revealed he's disappointed with how his Reading spell panned out, whilst hinting he'll let the 18-year-old go out on loan next season too.

But is that the right call on Bilic's part? After all, judging by his Reading loan spell, Oxford might have better luck finding first team football by staying at the London Stadium next term.

Likewise, although he's struggled to prove it consistently, the England U20s' natural talent is undoubted, so he could end up being a real asset for Bilic next season if given enough chances to impress.
