HYS: Should West Ham sign Adama Traore?

According to reports from The Daily Star, West Ham look set to sign Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore.

The 21-year-old is an unusual footballer. On the one hand, he averaged the most dribbles per match of any Premier League player last season with a staggering five – trumping even Chelsea’s Eden Hazard – but on the other, 27 top flight appearances (albeit for a woeful Boro outfit) produced no goals and just one assist.

After an incredibly underwhelming summer 2016, West Ham need to get their signings bang on before the start of next season. But, is Traore the kind of real deal who’ll take the club forward, or another addition that will further bloat an already imbalanced squad?

The Spaniard’s form last term has certainly divided opinion, so which side of the debate do you stand on West Ham fans? Let us know whether you’d back a summer transfer swoop for Traore by voting below…
