Jose Mourinho will be a happy man after securing the Europa League trophy with Manchester United earlier this week.

The victory will put a smile on the face of the Portuguese and indeed the United fans, not only because it was their second domestic trophy of the season having already secured the League Cup but because the win guaranteed Champions League football for 2017/18.

United have failed to qualify for Europe's elite competition in two of the past three domestic seasons, but in winning the Europa League, Mourinho's side will once again find themselves mixing it with the continent's best come September.

The promise of Champion League football means only one thing, and Jose Mourinho will know it: players. Every top player wants to play in the world's greatest club competition, so with United now qualified, many will be drawn to Old Trafford this summer.
