Manchester United produced one of their most convincing displays of the season on Saturday, dispatching Leicester City in a calm, collected and clinical manner.

Admittedly, the 4pm kick-off started in a somewhat nervy fashion, as the Foxes looked to assert their dominance at home and the Red Devils struggled for rhythm in their new-look 4-4-2 set-up.

But Jose Mourinho soon switched up to a 4-2-3-1 and that unleashed his United side; Henrikh Mkhitaryan took one special, special touch before tearing through the Leicester defence to make it 0-1, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic followed up two minutes later with the kind of deadly finish you'd expect from the Swedish striker.

Just after half-time, Juan Mata put the result beyond doubt with some clever movement, combination work with Mkhitaryan and a smart finish from close range, leaving United with forty minutes to see the game out in typically Mourinho, sturdy style.
