Should Jurgen Klopp start Sadio Mane against Chelsea?

Sadio Mane arrived at Liverpool’s Melwood training base today after the club’s private jet was initially delayed in bringing him back from AFCON duty in time for their Premier League clash with Chelsea on Tuesday night.

Mane was playing for home country Senegal in the Africa Cup of Nations and missed a penalty kick against Cameroon that lead to Senegal’s elimination from the tournament.

Klopp has said that he will make a late call to decide whether or not Mane will play but reports suggest Mane has told Klopp that he is eager to take part. Whether he is ready to be reintroduced to club duty in such an important game will be a decision only Klopp can make, though. He’ll no doubt feature at some point, but the big dilemma is whether Klopp starts him or uses him off the bench.

Liverpool have only won one match in January and they will hope Mane can help them improve their form by beating a rampant Chelsea. Should Klopp risk throwing straight back in to action?
