Fulham have sealed the signing of Swedish striker David Elm from Kalmar FF on an initial one-year contract.
The 26-year-old former Falkenbergs star helped Kalmar win their first-ever domestic league title in 2008, but is happy to have been handed a chance to impress in English football.
He told the Cottagers' official website:"I am looking forward to training with the team straight away in preparation for some important Premier League and Europa League matches after this international break.
"I have enjoyed my time in Sweden and I am now looking forward to a new and exciting chapter in my career with Fulham."
Meanwhile, Senegal striker Diomansy Kamara has remained at Craven Cottage after rumours of a switch to Bolton Wanderers proved to be unfounded.
