Europa League last-32 round-up

The two remaining English sides in the Europa League both face potentially tricky ties in the last-32 of the Europa League.

Tottenham – fresh from the news of Andre Villas-Boas’ sacking – will take on Ukrainian outfit Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, and former manager Juande Ramos. Spurs face an arduous trip to Eastern Europe in the first leg, and will have to be wary of midfield ace Yevhen Konoplyanka – who is wanted by a number of top European sides.

Swansea face an even tougher task after being paired with Napoli. The Italian giants – under the guidance of former Liverpool and Chelsea chief Rafael Benitez – dropped out of the Champions League and are already among the favourites to lift the trophy next year.

England’s only other representatives, Wigan, missed out on qualification for the knockout phase.

Elsewhere Juventus will clash with Turkish side Trabzonspor and Ajax are set for a two-legged affair with FC Salzburg.
