With Frank Lampard desperate for some added firepower, this could be a surefire way to add some Premier League experience and added reliability to challenge Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Given his age, this would likely be a short-term move intended to secure an instant turnaround rather than hold down the position for the foreseeable future.
