Premier League Gameweek 4: Everything You Missed

With the Premier League pausing for an international break next week, this weekend was our last chance to get our domestic league fix and it once again didn’t disappoint.

From tantrums and upsets to political hand gestures and silver linings, the Premier League proved why it is the best and most entertaining league in the world, with another jam-packed game week.

This week’s action saw 27 goals scored and three teams continue their 100% record, but what about the moments you missed?

We’ve put together all the talking points from the weekend so you are right update with all the action, before the start of the international break.

Alexis Sanchez Strop

Despite assisting Lukaku for United’s opener at Turf Moor, Alexis Sanchez found himself substituted in the 60th minute.

With United cruising against Burnley who once again showed signs of suffering with a Europa League hangover, Sanchez was gutted when his number came up to be replaced by Marcus Rashford.

As he took his seat, the Chilean unravelled his wrist straps before angrily chucking them to the floor.

Elton John’s Celebrations

Both Watford and Tottenham went into the Super Sunday fixture with 100% records, but it would be the Hornets who would stretch there’s to a fourth game unbeaten, with a 2-1 win.

The atmosphere at Vicarage Road as the hosts completed their comeback was incredible, especially in the executive seating, where Sir Elton John and his sons were seen jumping for joy.
