Will David Moyes Everton Side Prove too Strong for Arsenal & Will Liverpool Come Unstuck at Manchester City? – Fat Barry’s Bets

There is no taking the smile off Fat Barry's face after another clean sweep, as his tips paid off once again. Some FFC punters have made themselves a nice few bob of late and it is now time to take this bookie seriously.

There are many people who follow this column that probably feel I have it in for Arsenal but as those who work with me at FanCast Towers can vouch for, that certainly isn't the case. Like with my predictions of previous weeks with Middlesbrough turning them over and calling the draw at Pompey, I feel Arsenal are just lacking that bit of bite that was evident early in the season.

I can see this weekend being another tough weekend for Arsene Wenger's men and with Van Persie missing and William Gallas doubtful, I fear an inform Everton will prove too strong and at 11/5, it is well worth a punt. For those brave enough a 2-0 victory at 16/1 could provide you with those extra beer tokens needed for your New Years Eve parties.

Another 11/5 shot that looks good value is Man City to overcome Liverpool at the City of Manchester Stadium. City has the strongest home record in the country and with Rafa Benitez's men who look shaky at Derby the other day may be in for a tough afternoon. As well as the 11/5 for Sven's team to win, I will also take a punt at a 2-1 score line at 12/1.

When I first started writing the column, one of my early predictions was that I felt Dagenham and Redbridge would be certainties for the drop. Having watched them of late and kept a close eye on the odds I would definitely be throwing a few more quid on them and at the current price of 2/1 you would be foolish not to do the same – there is no way you'll get a better price than that, so snap it up now.
