The agent of Everton star Romelu Lukaku has hinted that his client should be playing for one of Europe’s top clubs, according to reports from The Sun.
Lukaku has been heavily linked with a move away from Goodison Park in recent weeks, with the Belgium international in terrific form for the Toffees this season.
The 22-year-old’s performances have seen the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea keen on his services, but with both clubs still not guaranteed European football next term, Lukaku may consider a switch outside the English top flight.
Serie A giants Juventus are also closely monitoring his development, and Lukaku’s super-agent Mino Raiola has claimed that the former Anderlecht star will only get better and should be thinking about his personal objective of playing for Europe’s elite.
Raiola said: “He’ll keep getting stronger. Everything depends on his work and on luck.
“He’s already ready to play in Europe’s best teams.
“We’ve put a structure together that allows him to only think about football. This has allowed him to think exclusively about his personal objectives.”
Despite Everton languishing at 12th on the table, Lukaku has scored 25 goals with 18 of them coming in the Premier League, supplying an additional six assists.
