Mario Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola has come out to play down speculation that his client is set to be axed by AC Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic, Calciomercato reports.
The 25-year-old has returned to his former club on loan from Liverpool after failing to impress since his arrival from Milan last summer.
It was earlier believed that Mihajlovic was ready to drop the striker for his actions after being substituted on for the final few minutes during the 2-1 win over Genoa.
Balotelli was seen walking around and was later blasted by his manager following the match for his lack of commitment before being tipped to get axed from the senior squad.
However, Raiola admitted that there is no conflict between the player and his manager before claiming that the story has been made up.
“There are no problems between Mario and Mihajlovic,” he said.
“The stories have been made up. There are no difficulties at Milan for Mario.”
He has only managed to register three starts since his move from Anfield, featuring another eight times from the bench, so far scoring two goals in the process.
