Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Dynamo Moscow star Aleksandr Kokorin ahead of the January transfer window, according to reports from the Metro.
Kokorin was heavily linked with a move to the Emirates since the summer, but Gunners manager Arsene Wenger decided he was happy with his squad before the end of the transfer window.
However, it was a mistake as Arsenal are once again plagued by injuries halfway through the campaign, and will definitely add to their squad in the January market.
Their first signing is set to be Kokorin, who according to Russian source Izvestia, has agreed personal terms following talks with the London club.
It is reported that Kokorin can make the move for just £4.3million this January, or leave for free during the summer with the 24-year-old striker’s contract running out at the end of the season.
Kokorin has made 10 appearances in all competitions for Dynamo this season, scoring five goals.
