Arsenal and Liverpool have been boosted in their chase for Lyon ace Alexandre Lacazette, with the striker revealing his intention to play abroad in the near future, Express reports.
Lacazette has given the biggest hint yet that he will leave Ligue-1, which has alerted the likes of the Gunners and the Reds.
The France international has been extremely impressive this season, already scoring 20 goals in just 25 appearances in the current campaign and Lyon could be set to receive a £15million offer for their prized asset.
The attacker himself told Yahoo that he may have supported Barcelona as a kid, but is open to playing in the English Premier League.
“Between England and Spain, I don’t have a preference,” he said.
“I dreamt about Barca when I was little, but once you grow up you know you cannot be on just one club.
“I will not be leaving for the sake of it, I have medium and long term aims, after that we will see what is best for me.”
Manchester City were also keen on Lacazette, but after closing in on a £30million move for Wilfried Bony, are unlikely to pursue the 23-year-old.
