Arsenal and Manchester United have been halted in their chase to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after he ruled out an exit from Borussia Dortmund, Express reports.
The 26-year-old has also emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool, with manager Jurgen Klopp keen to be reunited with the forward.
However, Aubameyang has played down speculation of his departure and is ready to remain with the Bundesliga giants until at least 2020, the length of his current contract.
“Dortmund is a football-crazy city,” he told German magazine Kicker.
“During the past few years we have had the highest attendance average in the whole of Europe.
“It’s a safe city to live in and my family are very settled – they feel right at home.”
Another setback for the three Premier League clubs is that the Gabon international also added that he is still dreaming of a chance to play for Real Madrid, a factor that could see him snub a move to England.
Real have been alerted by his recent revelation and could even bring back Juventus forward Alvaro Morata in order to use him in a potential swap deal for the striker.
The Dortmund star has already featured 40 times in all competitions for his side this term, so far managing to score 35 goals while providing another 11 assists.
