Arsenal have been boosted in their chase for AC Milan star Carlos Bacca after his agent Sergio Barila hinted that his client could consider a move, Calciomercato.it reports.
The 29-year-old only joined the Italian giants during the previous summer window, but is already attracting interest from a host of clubs following an impressive campaign.
Apart from the Gunners, the striker is also being monitored by Bayern Munich and was previously an attacking target for Chelsea back in January.
Manager Arsene Wenger is keen to add more options in attack heading into next season as he looks to provide Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott with some competition up top.
However, Barila has hinted that Bacca will not consider any incoming offers until the summer as he is solely focuses on winning the Coppa Italia and helping his side qualify for Europe.
“Bacca has a contract with Milan,” he said.
“He wants to win the Coppa Italia and reach Europe with his current club.
“What if important offers were to come in? This is not the time to talk about it. Carlos is concentrated on the last part of the season.”
The Colombia international has already featured 34 times in all competitions for his side this term, so far managing to score 16 goals while providing another four assists.
