Real Madrid are willing to sell talented playmaker Isco to Arsenal for a fee of £29 million, according to Metro.
The Spain international has shown his pedigree at the Santiago Bernabeu but is never guaranteed a starting berth in Rafa Benitez’s side due to the amount of talent in the Madrid squad.
With Isco reportedly getting frustrated at having to play second fiddle to the likes of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, there is seemingly a possibility that he could leave the Spanish capital in an attempt to get regular action elsewhere.
The latest rumour suggests that the La Liga giants recognise that the former Malaga man is desperate for regular football and will allow him to leave for a fee of £29 million.
Arsenal have long been linked with a move for the star, whose pass-and-move style would fit into their expansive way of playing the game.
With Arsene Wenger’s men struggling with midfield injuries, Isco would be an impressive January acquisition.
