Arsenal are weighing up whether to make a bid for Belgian striker Kevin Mirallas, according to The Daily Mail.
The Gunners have already strengthened their attacking options with the summer additions of Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski, but with Robin van Persie’s future up in the air Arsene Wenger may sign another forward.
Mirallas, who impressed for Oympiakos last season, is available for around £6.4 million and won the Greek club’s player of the year award and was the division’s top goalscorer in 2011-12.
CSKA Moscow are also interested in the Belgian, and are ready to make a bid for him after seeing a £5 million offer rejected.
Arsenal are keeping tabs on the situation and will make a move for Mirallas if and when Van Persie’s exit is confirmed.
