Arsenal are reportedly interested in making a move for Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm this summer, according to The Daily Mail.
The Swans’ number one has had an excellent debut season with the Liberty Stadium outfit, and has been one of the reasons that Brendan Rodgers’ team have exceeded expectations this term.
The Gunners may well find themselves short between the sticks for next season, as Manuel Almunia is set to leave on a free transfer, and Lukas Fabianski looks set to be loaned out.
Arsene Wenger is thought to want Vorm to provide competition for current incumbent Wojciech Szczesny, who has been the French coach’s preferred option this term.
Vorm has been included in Netherlands’ initial squad for Euro 2012, and would face a difficult decision should the north London giants come knocking.
