Arsenal have been hit with another injury setback after Danny Welbeck has been ruled out for a further one month, Express reports.
The 25-year-old completed his move from rivals Manchester United back in the summer of 2014, but has been struggling with injury since his arrival.
He is yet to feature this season after being forced to undergo knee surgery in September and was expected to make his return in January.
However, it is now believed that Welbeck will not return to full fitness until at least February, limiting manager Arsene Wenger’s selection even more given the squad’s recent injury crisis.
This will also be seen as a blow to the striker ahead of Euro 2016 as he could now miss out on a place in the England squad.
He will have to impress Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson immediately after his return as he is in competition with Wayne Rooney, Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy, and Daniel Sturridge for a place up top.
